Tim, the Toolman Taylor
A friend of mine gets into so much trouble, I cannot but start calling him 'Tim, the Toolman Taylor'. He gets into accidents almost every other day. I had given him a casual call today to check on him and well.. no points for guessing .. He had just been back from the E.R. I just cant resist bloggin the whole story. I never use names on my blog. So we will call this guy.. Tim
Tim started off the day by leaving his house / car keys in the car and his wife's keys in the trunk. It wouldn't have been that bad had he not closed the trunk. Ya... Ya... Ya... ThanX to AAA or some other 'fancy' service, they managed to get back. Now, Tim had to run down and bring a CD from the car. Tim, of course the toolman and car lova that he is.. drives a stick. Tim runs down to his car, opens the door (He has already forgotten to have his hand break on.) and accidentally hits the stick causing it to get into neutral. He gets his CD completely unaware of the situation and slams the door shut. That's about when the car starts rolling down the slope. Well, if Tim had been thinking and had been paying attention to all the trouble he had been getting into his entire life, he would have let the car alone. But, he decides to chase the car down the slope, try to open the door.. which he manages to do. But that's about when the car hits an electrical transformer and the whole thing goes ballistic. (Please excuses my tone.. but nothing written here's funny or on TV. It is goddamn serious) The transformer actually blows up cutting power to a couple of blocks. But that is least of our concerns. Tim hurts his leg and well, lets not talk about the car. That's again.. a secondary concern. Tim is rushed to the E.R where his file is normally kept in the favorites folder. ( Again folks ! This is serious !!! I cannot be any more serious) Tim .. however claims that he hasn't been to the E.R in about an year. E.R in about an year... I haven't been to the E.R in lets see... about ... How old am I again divide it by 3 ... ya... thats right.. that many years. Tim however manages to get out with just a ligament tear and no broken bones. This is a third hand version of the whole story and the content need not be completely correct.
But, Ohh My GOD !!! The electrical transformer blew up. That stuff is serious. It really is. Tim, U need to do something to all this.. Dude.. Take care..
I will post any pictures of the car etc if I ever get hold of 'em.
